"Renee hennaed my hair the night before the interview.
I have been using and creating henna designs for the last fifteen years, I started back in the UK when I was in my teens. I learnt the art of henna from my South Indian friends as well as their cullture. So I researched the art further and discovered that it has origins in Africa and the Middle East.
I started applying henna to myself and had so many complements, I realised that I had found another creative outlet. I then started to apply henna to family and friends. And they loved it!!! I knew then that I had to continue.
Fast forward a few years later where I fell in love with America, and the complements on my henna continued. So I decided to take it further and here I am with a brand called [S'kin].
My vision is simple, to provide a service to clients that want to have their body adorned with art similar to tattooing, and the beauty of this is that it isn't permanent. Henna is temporary lasting two to three weeks.
So through dedication, determination and discipline [S'kin] wants to provide glitzy, glamorous and gorgeous henna body art for you!
